My thanks to you all for a memorable flight, it was brilliant, it was a gift from my dear friends Mr and Mrs Perkins for my 65th birthday and my thanks to balloon pilot Arthur and the crew it was fabulous, my first in a hot air balloon and I am sure i will want to fly again as i just love flying above our beautiful countryside, the weather was perfect the sun was shining and everyone on board i am sure enjoyed it as much as I did, thank you once again and my best wishes to you all at aerosaurus balloons.

WOW does not begin to describe how good our experience was. Our Hot Air Balloon flight from The Larmer Tree in Wiltshire was amazing. Apart from being lucky with the weather conditions and being able to fly so smoothly over a beautiful part of the country, we were also fortunate enough to have the best pilot and flight crew (Rick & Ali) we could have wished for. They both made the occasion PERFECT for myself, wife and our 2 children, by being so inclusive and friendly. This experience far outdid our expectations and will be a special memory forever.

Absolutely staggered to discover that one of our fellow passengers was born in the same town in Australia as I was, and that his grandmother still lives in the same road as my grandparents had lived 30 years ago.

I didn’t use the website so can’t comment on that. The whole experience last evening of the flight from start to finish was wonderful, everyone was so helpful and things were explained clearly. The Pilot and Crew were great, very competent and they made the whole experience fun. Thank you for giving my sister and me such an amazing time to celebrate our big birthdays. The Australian girl in the booking office was a gem, nothing was too much trouble for her, she was very efficient, friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you all so much.

We were not very impressed getting to the meeting point to find our names not on the flight list. The crew went off to one side to ring up admin staff, we only assume because no one came back over to talk to us, like customers should be spoken to, and instead kept everyone waiting for at least twenty minutes. Everyone was then gathered and told we would be going to Petroc to take off, I had to ask one staff member if that meant us also, yes we were told.
I enquired as to what happened, Steve told us that the office had made a huge blunder and also blamed it on IT errors, it is very easy to blame the technology.
I was very annoyed with the confusion as to whether we were going up, and thinks that the company’s organisation skills were dismal. This was a present from my wife for my 70th and my daughter’s 24th birthday. We were going to suggest we didn’t fly at all that evening because it was such a packed flight, and we were disappointed, but wanted to almost get it over and done with because of the problems we had. We would kindly suggest you reimburse us or offer a complimentary flight to make up for the inconvenience.
We both felt very sympathetic for the other passengers you had to turn away, I’m sure you will be making amends with them, and hope you do with us.
However, we found the flight to be very good and the pilot took very good care of us. Arthur gave us a so called ”guided tour’ of the area, and was very informative. It was a very smooth journey and an excellent anding. I would fly again with you, and Ellen would too. It was a pleasure to balloon over Mid-Devon, thank you to Arthur for the flight, and the only formal kind of apology we had that night.

Brilliant! The landing was calculated perfectly and we had total confidence in our pilot Colin, even when he told us not to look as we were about to “brush” the top of a tree as we came down!
I am so grateful to you all for making this immensely emotional day possible. It was moving but I am pleased my Wife’s ashes were scattered over the area she loved and where we lived for 25 years and in fine style. Regards
What an amazing balloon trip, made extra special by the friendly crew which made the balloon trip happen.
This was my second flight with Aerosaurus both times with Arthur Street. Both flights have been wonderful. Yesterdays flight was made more exciting by landing in a corn field !!!! Whilst I realise that Arthur has been flying Balloons a long time his expertise is great to watch. Thank you for another wonderful flight. Regards Lynn
