My thanks to you all for a memorable flight, it was brilliant, it was a gift from my dear friends Mr and Mrs Perkins for my 65th birthday and my thanks to balloon pilot Arthur and the crew it was fabulous, my first in a hot air balloon and I am sure i will want to fly again as i just love flying above our beautiful countryside, the weather was perfect the sun was shining and everyone on board i am sure enjoyed it as much as I did, thank you once again and my best wishes to you all at aerosaurus balloons.

WOW does not begin to describe how good our experience was. Our Hot Air Balloon flight from The Larmer Tree in Wiltshire was amazing. Apart from being lucky with the weather conditions and being able to fly so smoothly over a beautiful part of the country, we were also fortunate enough to have the best pilot and flight crew (Rick & Ali) we could have wished for. They both made the occasion PERFECT for myself, wife and our 2 children, by being so inclusive and friendly. This experience far outdid our expectations and will be a special memory forever.

Thankyou for a fantastic flight in Dorset on 18th June 2017. Lucky enough getting our first booking on such a beautiful morning. Absolutely staggered to discover that one of our fellow passengers was born in the same town in Australia as I was, and that his grandmother still lives in the same road as my grandparents had lived 30 years ago.
We all had a great time made all the better by the interaction from all the crew. thanks we will be back!!

Small points worth noting – all issues around the flight, not the flight event itslef which was brilliant:
-the champagne would have been nice out of better quality (plastic) glasses rather than ones left over from a water cooler.
– The crew arguing over something rather spoiled the atmosphere at the end.
– The post flight detour to pick up a fire extinguisher dropped by a crew member earlier could better have been dealt with after dropping passengers back to the café – we felt we had been put second now the flight was over.
– Garden centre coffee very disappointing.
– …and this page keeps going dark when I type – not sure why?
Was a brilliant experience, the crew and captain were knowledgable and friendly, we found no faults with the service.

Just would like to say thank you so much to all the staff at Aerosaurus. I booked our flight (Lamer Tree, Sunday 26/6) for my husband and the experience was totally amazing. The staff were knowledgeable and very friendly and a good laugh was had by all. It was great to be able to be involved in the preparation for the flight and the clearing up afterwards. An experience we won’t ever forget. Scenery was spectacular and the peace of floating where the air takes you was wonderful. Thanks again, we had a wonderful day:)

Fantastic experience but a little disapointed on the landing site!!! And driving of vehicles around country lanes way too fast and felt very uneasy at times! Other than that all staff great..
