My thanks to you all for a memorable flight, it was brilliant, it was a gift from my dear friends Mr and Mrs Perkins for my 65th birthday and my thanks to balloon pilot Arthur and the crew it was fabulous, my first in a hot air balloon and I am sure i will want to fly again as i just love flying above our beautiful countryside, the weather was perfect the sun was shining and everyone on board i am sure enjoyed it as much as I did, thank you once again and my best wishes to you all at aerosaurus balloons.

WOW does not begin to describe how good our experience was. Our Hot Air Balloon flight from The Larmer Tree in Wiltshire was amazing. Apart from being lucky with the weather conditions and being able to fly so smoothly over a beautiful part of the country, we were also fortunate enough to have the best pilot and flight crew (Rick & Ali) we could have wished for. They both made the occasion PERFECT for myself, wife and our 2 children, by being so inclusive and friendly. This experience far outdid our expectations and will be a special memory forever.

Thankyou for a fantastic flight in Dorset on 18th June 2017. Lucky enough getting our first booking on such a beautiful morning. Absolutely staggered to discover that one of our fellow passengers was born in the same town in Australia as I was, and that his grandmother still lives in the same road as my grandparents had lived 30 years ago.
A fantastic experience, everyone was so helpful which was first rate for me as I’m disabled and would have had difficulty getting in and out of the basket without the staff there to assist me.
I’m terrified of heights but being so interested in the panaramic views I never gave it a thought.
If it is an expereince you’ve always fancied then go for it, you won’t be disappointed.
Full marks to all the staff.
We had lovely weather which made the flight all the more enjoyable. I really enjoyed the experience and Arthur drilled everyone well so there were no problems to encounter.

Thoughrly enjoyed every moment cant say about value for money as it was a Birthday present but would recomend it to anyone,thanks to all involved cheers David Gamble.
Rather disorganised pre and post flight. Pilot and Ground Crew at odds with each other in earshot of passengers was not very professional.
We would have preferred part of the flight to have been at a lower altitude in order to view wild life and scenery more closely.
Sorry cant comment on value for money as flight was a birthday present.
But champagne was very frugal, whatever the cost.Not worth having!
No effort made to make a special occasion special!
e.g was it a special celebration, birthday, etc.
Needs personnalisation, we think.
i.e you need a “host” type person in the crew not just all “hands on”.
But fantastic experience,thank you.
Landing seemed very challenging, but Arthur dealt with it so calmly, don’t really think we realized how difficult it was at the time.So many potential hazards at landing area.

Very professional & experienced staff put my pre flight nerves well & truly out of the window. Nice little touches of champagne & photos made it a real day to remember & one I will be talking about forever! Thank you so much for a truly unforgettable experience!
