My thanks to you all for a memorable flight, it was brilliant, it was a gift from my dear friends Mr and Mrs Perkins for my 65th birthday and my thanks to balloon pilot Arthur and the crew it was fabulous, my first in a hot air balloon and I am sure i will want to fly again as i just love flying above our beautiful countryside, the weather was perfect the sun was shining and everyone on board i am sure enjoyed it as much as I did, thank you once again and my best wishes to you all at aerosaurus balloons.

WOW does not begin to describe how good our experience was. Our Hot Air Balloon flight from The Larmer Tree in Wiltshire was amazing. Apart from being lucky with the weather conditions and being able to fly so smoothly over a beautiful part of the country, we were also fortunate enough to have the best pilot and flight crew (Rick & Ali) we could have wished for. They both made the occasion PERFECT for myself, wife and our 2 children, by being so inclusive and friendly. This experience far outdid our expectations and will be a special memory forever.

Thankyou for a fantastic flight in Dorset on 18th June 2017. Lucky enough getting our first booking on such a beautiful morning. Absolutely staggered to discover that one of our fellow passengers was born in the same town in Australia as I was, and that his grandmother still lives in the same road as my grandparents had lived 30 years ago.

Please can you NOT contact me by text with last minute offers on flights. It’s a one-off present I’ve bought my parents and I’m not looking for future flights. Thank you. You might want to think about how you use texts to contact other customers (unless they’re frequent flyers) as I imagine many people will be like me having a one-off trip.

After several cancelations, it was a truly memorable occasion. Even getting soaked through whilst deflating and stowing the canopy did not deter from the enjoyment of it all; if anything, it made it all the more memorable!!
As I did not make the booking etc, I havent rated the service. This was a wonderful experience and one I would recommend to others. But, we did spend quite a bit of time looking for a site to take off from – that was a little worrying and made for a lack of confidence initially. As we landed quite a way from the meeting point it also took a time to return. Had we been made aware of this in advance we could have brought some food and drink to sustain us. We had been hoping for a meal at the pub, but by 9pm they stop serving food.
my wife and i were really unsure of what to expect and dont like heights,but wow we loved it fantastic experience pilot was great
