My thanks to you all for a memorable flight, it was brilliant, it was a gift from my dear friends Mr and Mrs Perkins for my 65th birthday and my thanks to balloon pilot Arthur and the crew it was fabulous, my first in a hot air balloon and I am sure i will want to fly again as i just love flying above our beautiful countryside, the weather was perfect the sun was shining and everyone on board i am sure enjoyed it as much as I did, thank you once again and my best wishes to you all at aerosaurus balloons.

WOW does not begin to describe how good our experience was. Our Hot Air Balloon flight from The Larmer Tree in Wiltshire was amazing. Apart from being lucky with the weather conditions and being able to fly so smoothly over a beautiful part of the country, we were also fortunate enough to have the best pilot and flight crew (Rick & Ali) we could have wished for. They both made the occasion PERFECT for myself, wife and our 2 children, by being so inclusive and friendly. This experience far outdid our expectations and will be a special memory forever.

Thankyou for a fantastic flight in Dorset on 18th June 2017. Lucky enough getting our first booking on such a beautiful morning. Absolutely staggered to discover that one of our fellow passengers was born in the same town in Australia as I was, and that his grandmother still lives in the same road as my grandparents had lived 30 years ago.
I thought we would have covered a larger area in the balloon as far as sight seeing was concerned, however the pilot and crew were fab, dont think the cost of everything really reflected in the price, unless the pilot is on extortiant wages!Still all good fun and the weather was brilliant and I will recommend to people that its an experience if you can afford, worth doing.
I was rather shocked when told that a photo of the trip to be sent by email would cost £15. That would amount to £240 for the 16 passengers which would amount to an excessive profit.

We really enjoyed the actual balloon ride, however I did not like the fact that, in the pouring rain, the pilot and other staff did nothing to help put balloon away, they sat in the dry and the pilot sat with his back to us, smoking. This was my husbands birthday present so was a real shame for us. This hard work in the rain lasted about an hour which ruined the trip. Also I believe it was a serious health and safety risk hanging on to the sides of a Landrover in the pouring rain on the way back to the minibus (without seatbelts?. We were also really packed on to the balloon! Not good value for money at all in these respects and not what you would expect from a reputable company. Why was transport not planned better? Lastly, what would happen if the one pilot onboard the balloon got ill and could not fly the balloon?
Absolutely fantastic from first contact with the company on Monday to arrange the hot air balloon ride to the actual ride itself! Everyone was so friendly and made us feel at ease! Would definatly recommend to anyone! Really impressed!

The Pilot and crew were helpful, polite, professional and friendly. We could not have had better. The launch was incredible, the flight wonderous and the landing, gentle and upright, as gentle as a feather. This was an experience that was over too quickly. Thank you
I enjoyed it all except for the late start – we were hanging around for 30 mins at the meeting venue waiting for other crew.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable flight. It was amazing to rise above the clouds. Visibility below the clouds was excellent with breath-taking views.
