My thanks to you all for a memorable flight, it was brilliant, it was a gift from my dear friends Mr and Mrs Perkins for my 65th birthday and my thanks to balloon pilot Arthur and the crew it was fabulous, my first in a hot air balloon and I am sure i will want to fly again as i just love flying above our beautiful countryside, the weather was perfect the sun was shining and everyone on board i am sure enjoyed it as much as I did, thank you once again and my best wishes to you all at aerosaurus balloons.

WOW does not begin to describe how good our experience was. Our Hot Air Balloon flight from The Larmer Tree in Wiltshire was amazing. Apart from being lucky with the weather conditions and being able to fly so smoothly over a beautiful part of the country, we were also fortunate enough to have the best pilot and flight crew (Rick & Ali) we could have wished for. They both made the occasion PERFECT for myself, wife and our 2 children, by being so inclusive and friendly. This experience far outdid our expectations and will be a special memory forever.

Thankyou for a fantastic flight in Dorset on 18th June 2017. Lucky enough getting our first booking on such a beautiful morning. Absolutely staggered to discover that one of our fellow passengers was born in the same town in Australia as I was, and that his grandmother still lives in the same road as my grandparents had lived 30 years ago.
Loved itly I will be back up there before too long. Thank you to all the team.

the actual flight was excellent and good info from pilot my only critism is when i booked the flight i was told there would be plenty from wheathill where we specifically wanted to fly from, i upgraded voucher as there was so few in the morning and actually most were on a weekend which i didnt feel i could afford to upgrade again so on this note i was a little misinformed and we eventually went from sherborne an area we werent over familiar with. however i will reiterate the flight was great everyone was friendly and informative. I was lucky and the ticket was a gift. There is disappointment when a flight is cancelled but excitement when its to go ahead. From start to finish it was a fab experience with informed friendly staff all the way. Many thanks. I would recommend it to anyone and would love to come again.

A great trip.
My fiance and myself had a fantastic flight on 24.05.2012 from Stock House, we loved everything about it. The only criticism I would have is I found one of your crew members very rude. We were more then happy to get involved in the inflating of the balloon and packing away at the end, but this should be an enjoyable experience and I found one of the crew members very rude in the way he spoke to myself and others and extremely bossy when it came to packing the balloon away. Considering it was 9:30pm when we landed and had been a very hot day, people were tired. People had paid good money for what was except for the packing away, an amazing experience, and I felt this ruined it a little for myself.
Brilliant trip in every respect – especially as we flew almost over our home! Until the next time!
Although I was unlucky with cancelations due to weather over a long period of time, the booking office was very helpful in trying to arrange the flight.
The experience of the flight was well worth persevering to arrange it and was made even more enjoyable by the crew and pilot. Please express my thanks to all involved.
