My thanks to you all for a memorable flight, it was brilliant, it was a gift from my dear friends Mr and Mrs Perkins for my 65th birthday and my thanks to balloon pilot Arthur and the crew it was fabulous, my first in a hot air balloon and I am sure i will want to fly again as i just love flying above our beautiful countryside, the weather was perfect the sun was shining and everyone on board i am sure enjoyed it as much as I did, thank you once again and my best wishes to you all at aerosaurus balloons.

WOW does not begin to describe how good our experience was. Our Hot Air Balloon flight from The Larmer Tree in Wiltshire was amazing. Apart from being lucky with the weather conditions and being able to fly so smoothly over a beautiful part of the country, we were also fortunate enough to have the best pilot and flight crew (Rick & Ali) we could have wished for. They both made the occasion PERFECT for myself, wife and our 2 children, by being so inclusive and friendly. This experience far outdid our expectations and will be a special memory forever.

Thankyou for a fantastic flight in Dorset on 18th June 2017. Lucky enough getting our first booking on such a beautiful morning. Absolutely staggered to discover that one of our fellow passengers was born in the same town in Australia as I was, and that his grandmother still lives in the same road as my grandparents had lived 30 years ago.

not flown yet. had purchased festival voucher for tavistock, was cancelled 2011 due to bad weather and there is no festival at tavistock this year. festival voucher upgrade was worthless as it expires before any more festivals and not entitled to refund on upgrade and can only book normal flight. have been in communication with various staff with not much help. too quick to take my hard earned money. not so keen to refund it under certain circumstances. not impressed .customer satisfaction , i dont think so, recommend aerosaurus , I DONT THINK SO !!!!!
I’m not sure that having the crew children at departure and landing is a good idea. I think it detracts from the professionalism of what you do. I suspect though the crew are volunteers without which it would be very difficult to operate

Really enjoyed the flight, thank you. Can’t comment on value for money, as the trip was a present, so I don’t know how much was paid for it.
My only criticism would be that we were a little squashed with 15 passengers on board – other than that, it was a new and pleasurable experience.
Absolutely loved every minute, especially as in the morning thought there was no chance of going up. Oliver, out, son had a brilliant time and cannot wait to show off his certificate to his school mates !!!! I want to do it again, but, must save my pennies !! Thank you all again, it was brilliant x

Very good experience we enjoyed the whole morning. Well done to the pilot who didn’t panic when a gentlemen collapsed at end of flight.
