My thanks to you all for a memorable flight, it was brilliant, it was a gift from my dear friends Mr and Mrs Perkins for my 65th birthday and my thanks to balloon pilot Arthur and the crew it was fabulous, my first in a hot air balloon and I am sure i will want to fly again as i just love flying above our beautiful countryside, the weather was perfect the sun was shining and everyone on board i am sure enjoyed it as much as I did, thank you once again and my best wishes to you all at aerosaurus balloons.

WOW does not begin to describe how good our experience was. Our Hot Air Balloon flight from The Larmer Tree in Wiltshire was amazing. Apart from being lucky with the weather conditions and being able to fly so smoothly over a beautiful part of the country, we were also fortunate enough to have the best pilot and flight crew (Rick & Ali) we could have wished for. They both made the occasion PERFECT for myself, wife and our 2 children, by being so inclusive and friendly. This experience far outdid our expectations and will be a special memory forever.

Thankyou for a fantastic flight in Dorset on 18th June 2017. Lucky enough getting our first booking on such a beautiful morning. Absolutely staggered to discover that one of our fellow passengers was born in the same town in Australia as I was, and that his grandmother still lives in the same road as my grandparents had lived 30 years ago.
An excellent day, an early start but well worth it. My wife and children all had a great time, and the crew and pilot all made a special effort to include the kids and make putting up and taking down the ballon as much fun as the flight.

Great experience w’ve balloned before but this time the take off and landing were much less harrowing!! Thank you for calling us on the morning – we got the times wrong and luckily were able to race down the road. Everyone involved polite patient and well informed.

We finally had a great day out through no fault of Aerosaurus (we did pick the wettest period in 102 years!). Very professional and communicative and it was great to be able to join in on the day and help setup the ride. Great views on the day and a strange experience to be floating in silence.. I’d recommend everyone to try it at least once!
What an amazing evening we had – really terrific, Dee was brilliant and really good fun to fly with – not forgetting the crew who were so tenacious in finding us for the ‘retrieve’! I had no idea we could have such a good time and will certainly be doing this again. Everything was brilliant, everyone felt part of the team (thanks Dee for making us feel really genuinely valued – no tokenism on you!!). I think we all came away feeling a bit better about ourselves, reminded of what fun could be and as though we had just touched something incredibly special amongst a group of strangers.

Landrover journey home uncomfortable for my wife. Landies could be cleaner internally.
Coffee serving could be a little more refined–unstained cups would be nice. Same with champagne on the aircraft as far as refinement is concerned
But that’s piffle really. A very enjoyable morning and it’s good to see how it’s done as well as take part in the operation.
Will happily recommend to anyone who has not had this experience.
