My thanks to you all for a memorable flight, it was brilliant, it was a gift from my dear friends Mr and Mrs Perkins for my 65th birthday and my thanks to balloon pilot Arthur and the crew it was fabulous, my first in a hot air balloon and I am sure i will want to fly again as i just love flying above our beautiful countryside, the weather was perfect the sun was shining and everyone on board i am sure enjoyed it as much as I did, thank you once again and my best wishes to you all at aerosaurus balloons.

WOW does not begin to describe how good our experience was. Our Hot Air Balloon flight from The Larmer Tree in Wiltshire was amazing. Apart from being lucky with the weather conditions and being able to fly so smoothly over a beautiful part of the country, we were also fortunate enough to have the best pilot and flight crew (Rick & Ali) we could have wished for. They both made the occasion PERFECT for myself, wife and our 2 children, by being so inclusive and friendly. This experience far outdid our expectations and will be a special memory forever.

Thankyou for a fantastic flight in Dorset on 18th June 2017. Lucky enough getting our first booking on such a beautiful morning. Absolutely staggered to discover that one of our fellow passengers was born in the same town in Australia as I was, and that his grandmother still lives in the same road as my grandparents had lived 30 years ago.
Great flight! Really enjoyed the whole experience.Very informative, especially about the landing, no worries there though as Arthur landed the balloon very smoothly! Worth waiting the 11 months of bookings to get us up!!

Great to finally lift off, on our 13th booking I think. It was worth the wait just such a shame that our British weather meant it was not as close top my wife’s milestone birthday as we had hoped. Will definately be recommending it to family & friends

A truely wonderful experience. I was nervous before going, but besides having difficulties getting in and out of the basket (even that was a laugh)it was amazing and I would very much like to do it again!!!!
Marianne was extremely rude and actually yelled at me for going the wrong way to the tiolets which was extremely humiliating and embarrassing in front of the other passengers. She then refused to allow me to assist when chosen by the pilot buy saying “No not HER!!” This ruined my experience as I was very upset by it. I was also disappointed that the flight was extremely low flying. The pilot actually stated that it was the lowest flight he had done in a very long time. Finally we only had around 40-45 minutes flight.

Brilliant flight with a very experienced pilot
Bit late leaving meeting point but once at launch sight it was enjoyable getting involved with the prep.Flight was super (but didn’t go too far – it couldn’t be helped though). Thoroughly enjoyed packing away. Quite a novelty being on our hands and knees in the middle of a field at 20.30 with light fading and getting the air out of the “envelope”. All in all a lovely experience and would certainly do it again. Thankyou and well done to all the crew involved.
Not sure about value for money as it was a gift. Excellent experience. The Crew and Pilot were great fun, and very informative about the whole experience. Looking forward to a next time.
Generally an excellent experience. Pilot and crew were first class.
Communications before the flight were on several occasions misleading with dates that didn’t match reality and when I booked an extension I had a voucher confirming that it was to May 2013 and my wife received one saying it was to September 2012!
However, those little administrative irritations aside, it was a great experience and landing only a couple of miles from my home was a bonus!!
