My thanks to you all for a memorable flight, it was brilliant, it was a gift from my dear friends Mr and Mrs Perkins for my 65th birthday and my thanks to balloon pilot Arthur and the crew it was fabulous, my first in a hot air balloon and I am sure i will want to fly again as i just love flying above our beautiful countryside, the weather was perfect the sun was shining and everyone on board i am sure enjoyed it as much as I did, thank you once again and my best wishes to you all at aerosaurus balloons.

WOW does not begin to describe how good our experience was. Our Hot Air Balloon flight from The Larmer Tree in Wiltshire was amazing. Apart from being lucky with the weather conditions and being able to fly so smoothly over a beautiful part of the country, we were also fortunate enough to have the best pilot and flight crew (Rick & Ali) we could have wished for. They both made the occasion PERFECT for myself, wife and our 2 children, by being so inclusive and friendly. This experience far outdid our expectations and will be a special memory forever.

Thankyou for a fantastic flight in Dorset on 18th June 2017. Lucky enough getting our first booking on such a beautiful morning. Absolutely staggered to discover that one of our fellow passengers was born in the same town in Australia as I was, and that his grandmother still lives in the same road as my grandparents had lived 30 years ago.
My Husband and I flew on 20th September with Aerosaurus. We could not have been more impressed with the professional and friendly service your company and people offered on that day and the days prior to the booking of our flight.
Our flight was given to us as a wedding present last year and we tried on several occasions to arrange a flight but sadly due to various weather changes we could not fly. Each and everytime the notification of the flight cancellation was clear, accurate and helpful.
We finally flew on Sunday 20th September (amazingly our 1st anniversary! 🙂 ), meeting at ‘Jack in the Green’ at Rockbeare. There was a really heavy mist/fog that morning and half expected our flight to be cancelled. However after a quick coffee and a short wait we were informed by your crew that they had reviewed the weather and were keeping fingers crossed that the flight would still go. Great!
We were loaded into your vehicles and transported to a field near butterleigh (I think) where we again waited with baited breath for the mist to clear. Eventually we were delighted to hear the flight would go ahead and thoroughly enjoyed helping inflate the balloon!!
We cannot tell you how much we enjoyed our flight from start to finish! What an amazing experience and on our anniversary too!! (going to be a hard one to beat 🙂

I would say that the organisation of the flight from booking to retrieval was faultless and efficient in every aspect. Pre-flight contact by email and text worked perfectly, and enabled me to quickly rebook a new flight after the planned one was cancelled. Colin the pilot was a pleasant mix of business-like and genial. The other staff were pleasant and sociable. All in all, I have nothing but praise.

Have been reliving it on a daily basis it seems, certainly relaying it to family and friends! Superb experience. Excellent pilot and ground crew. I really couldn’t ” sing” their praises enough. Thought the passengers too were a friendly ” hands on bunch”. You’ll always get a few outsiders who seem not to wish to join in the comaraderie of it all. Would recommend and would most certainly fly with you all again.
the experience was good all round and have no complaints,the pilot was very good and the ground crew was very helpful…..can you please check for a lost set of keys on gaudi dragon keyring
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our flight yesterday evening. It was lovely that we were all able to take part getting the balloon ready and my parents were able to watch and be involved.
The flight itself was very exciting and Arthur explained what was happening really well but without distracting us from watching the scenery.
We we’re really impressed and love the photos taken during the flight.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to others.

the flight weather line, needs to be kept better updated. It’s now 1.47am on Mon 20th April, I’m due to fly this morning at 6.30, travelling from Penryn and still no confirmation that the flight is going ahead. Not happy at all as I have to leave home at 5am!!!
