My thanks to you all for a memorable flight, it was brilliant, it was a gift from my dear friends Mr and Mrs Perkins for my 65th birthday and my thanks to balloon pilot Arthur and the crew it was fabulous, my first in a hot air balloon and I am sure i will want to fly again as i just love flying above our beautiful countryside, the weather was perfect the sun was shining and everyone on board i am sure enjoyed it as much as I did, thank you once again and my best wishes to you all at aerosaurus balloons.

WOW does not begin to describe how good our experience was. Our Hot Air Balloon flight from The Larmer Tree in Wiltshire was amazing. Apart from being lucky with the weather conditions and being able to fly so smoothly over a beautiful part of the country, we were also fortunate enough to have the best pilot and flight crew (Rick & Ali) we could have wished for. They both made the occasion PERFECT for myself, wife and our 2 children, by being so inclusive and friendly. This experience far outdid our expectations and will be a special memory forever.

Thankyou for a fantastic flight in Dorset on 18th June 2017. Lucky enough getting our first booking on such a beautiful morning. Absolutely staggered to discover that one of our fellow passengers was born in the same town in Australia as I was, and that his grandmother still lives in the same road as my grandparents had lived 30 years ago.
We had been looking forward to the flight as we had it cancelled twice due to bad weather and luckily it was exceptional weather for us. The whole service was excellent and easy to re-book and check via the hotline if the flight was going ahead. The whole evening was very well organised and we thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the whole experience from start to finish! Fantastic experience all round!

We took advantage of you “one off free upgrade” ( received by text) which did make us laugh as we received this text several time so it not really a one off! ( not that aim complaining!)
This was one of the best things I have ever done. Great to be involved in preparing for the launch and our spectators were all made to feel very welcome which was lovely. Crew were great. Fantastic experience and recommend it to everyone -even for those like me who don’t like heights! Weather made it -clear blue skies and great visibility.

I would just comment that the photos taken and offered at £15 for an A4 copy were a tad dear and where do you put an A4 photo? If there had been an alternative of a standard size photo for £5 I would probably have bought one.
What a wonderful evening. I had ballooned before with another company but this was the first time for my brother-in-law. I appreciate we were very lucky to book the day before and fly the next and to have such excellent visibility which made the flight so enjoyable. Congratulations to your team for providing such an excellent service. Our family members who followed said it was an experience they will never forget – so a big thank you for not leaving them out. Supper all together was a lovely end to an unforgettable evening.

Hi, generally I had a very enjoyable flight so don’t take my nit-pickings as being any form of complaint, but as constructive feedback.
I was initially given the flight as a birthday present but then decided to upgrade it to a flight with other balloons at the Tiverton festival. When I tried to do this online it was impossible! It wouldn’t allow me to view flight availability – I had to purchase the upgrade first…then I still couldn’t view or book it. Thankfully, Jon called me following my e-mail on the Sunday morning and all was well, but I was feeling a bit annoyed in-between paying for it and then – and I take the blame for the majority of that as I was late in trying to book it. Just think the website could have been a bit more user friendly or informative.
On the day, the flight was delayed due to the higher winds from the heat during the day. Not a problem, but we were left wondering what was going on for a long time whilst the pilots considered and viewed the weather situation – again, totally understand this, but would have liked to be better informed, although can appreciate that to some, information being considered may not have been welcome or even constructive.
Lastly, the flight was excellent under not the easiest of conditions and Colin’s skills and experience shone through. The only thing that dampened the experience was a couple of the other passengers who were probably nervous on top of a couple of beers who just kept asking the most inane and juvenile questions making any kind of interesting conversation with the pilot hard work. But that wasn’t the fault of anyone connected with Aerosaurus of course!
Overall though, great fun, not my first balloon flight and wont be my last and would use Aerosaurus again.

Fantastic 40th Birthday present.
Finally after several attempts (good old British weather) we made it up in the hot air balloon. We absolutely loved every minute of it, it was such a calming tranquil experience and I would recommend everyone to do it! The weather was perfect and the views absolutely stunning. The crew were helpful and friendly, we couldn’t ask for a better morning out!
