My thanks to you all for a memorable flight, it was brilliant, it was a gift from my dear friends Mr and Mrs Perkins for my 65th birthday and my thanks to balloon pilot Arthur and the crew it was fabulous, my first in a hot air balloon and I am sure i will want to fly again as i just love flying above our beautiful countryside, the weather was perfect the sun was shining and everyone on board i am sure enjoyed it as much as I did, thank you once again and my best wishes to you all at aerosaurus balloons.

WOW does not begin to describe how good our experience was. Our Hot Air Balloon flight from The Larmer Tree in Wiltshire was amazing. Apart from being lucky with the weather conditions and being able to fly so smoothly over a beautiful part of the country, we were also fortunate enough to have the best pilot and flight crew (Rick & Ali) we could have wished for. They both made the occasion PERFECT for myself, wife and our 2 children, by being so inclusive and friendly. This experience far outdid our expectations and will be a special memory forever.

Thankyou for a fantastic flight in Dorset on 18th June 2017. Lucky enough getting our first booking on such a beautiful morning. Absolutely staggered to discover that one of our fellow passengers was born in the same town in Australia as I was, and that his grandmother still lives in the same road as my grandparents had lived 30 years ago.

After various disappointments, confusion and cancellations, we were called and invited to accept an upgrade to an evening flight. We took this and it was marvellous! The views and conditions were perfect and the crew, in particular our pilot Dee was brilliant. Dee was clearly a true expert and experienced pilot and he instantly made everyone feel safe and comfortable. The landing and take off were brilliantly and smoothly executed. To sum up, it was worth the wait, we were very lucky and my Dad was delighted with his birthday present! Many thanks indeed! A wonderful experience with friendly and fun people, thank you! Charlotte

Everything was just superb, Dee and Gerry were great, with just the right balance of their professional responsibility and having everything right and safe with being friendly and human – and sharing our enjoyment! The only “moan” I have is that it took 22 months and over 15 flight bookings for us to make it into the air. The whole experience on the day was magical and I will be recommending your company to every and anyone I know.

The flight, organisation & communication were all great. I think the photos are a bit pricey & although I see that the champagne is a nice touch, it’s not really necessary unless someone is celebrating something particular. All in all, a good experience! Many thanks.
It was an amazing experience,the only suggestion i have is that the pilot should ask people to move around so that even the people on the inside get a chance of being on the outside for the view and taking photos.
