My thanks to you all for a memorable flight, it was brilliant, it was a gift from my dear friends Mr and Mrs Perkins for my 65th birthday and my thanks to balloon pilot Arthur and the crew it was fabulous, my first in a hot air balloon and I am sure i will want to fly again as i just love flying above our beautiful countryside, the weather was perfect the sun was shining and everyone on board i am sure enjoyed it as much as I did, thank you once again and my best wishes to you all at aerosaurus balloons.

WOW does not begin to describe how good our experience was. Our Hot Air Balloon flight from The Larmer Tree in Wiltshire was amazing. Apart from being lucky with the weather conditions and being able to fly so smoothly over a beautiful part of the country, we were also fortunate enough to have the best pilot and flight crew (Rick & Ali) we could have wished for. They both made the occasion PERFECT for myself, wife and our 2 children, by being so inclusive and friendly. This experience far outdid our expectations and will be a special memory forever.

Thankyou for a fantastic flight in Dorset on 18th June 2017. Lucky enough getting our first booking on such a beautiful morning. Absolutely staggered to discover that one of our fellow passengers was born in the same town in Australia as I was, and that his grandmother still lives in the same road as my grandparents had lived 30 years ago.
Excellent way to spend an evening – I just loved the landing….

[B]null[/B]website I found confusing to navigate around. Ground crew told me the wrong picture number when ordering photo with them after the flight. Told me the test picture counted as pic. 1 which was later found to be incorrect when pics shown online. None of them had change with them for buying the photos in cash. Excellent flight, informative and very clear instructions. Would do it again tomorrow!!!
When trying to book our third flight had problems logging in. Our password wasn’t recognise although it was correct. We asked for a new password but we were still locked out. Rang the office who sorted out the problem for us. However this time we managed to log in but we were unable to book the flight, so phoned office again who booked the flight for us. Thoroughly enjoyed the flight last night – thank you all very much,
Thank you so much for a fantastic experience! Setting up the balloon and packing it away was as enjoyable as the flight itself. Your courtesy shown to farmers when preparing to land was impressive – I wish ramblers had the same attitude! You can land on our farm whenever you are heading our way! No need to ask! Thank you again. We will most certainly fly with you again one day.
Meeting place in Shaftesbury was simple to find. Crew were pleasant and easy to get on with. Pilot provided advice and safety instructions prior to flight. Pilot was knowledgeable when in the air and provided a safe and professional descent. A small negative – For a 05.30 start, access to loo’s after an early morning drive would have proved useful.
The crew were great, very experienced which in itself made me feel I was in safe hands 🙂 wonderful time had with beautiful views over Dorset, we are very lucky to live here! Massive thank you 🙂
It was a magical, beautiful experience for me. Everyone at Aerosaurus was friendly and efficient. I knew I was in good, experienced hands and I felt perfectly safe at all times. The champagne just finished it off. I’ll be back. Thank you all so much.
We arrived half an hour before the specified time, parked next to an open top car with a woman in black peak cap ( a member of the Aerosaurus team). We got out of our car at the same time as everyone else and stood within the group, 20 minutes later the lead made a phone call audible to everyone to my mobile enquiring my whereabouts. The lady in the black cap abruptly told me to go and tell him I was here. I felt humiliated. Perhaps you could think of a better way of checking everyone was there.
Apart from that I enjoyed my trip, thank you.
